Abstract :
Along with the fast development of new energy technology, the wind-solar hybrid power generation system is more and more popular than before and is the direction to energy and electric power in the 21st century. So the technique of the accumulator cell by which the wind - solar hybrid power is stored is playing more and more vital role. And then there are many different kinds of the charging techniques. According to the electrochemistry principle of the accumulator cell and the phenomenon of the ohmic polarization, the density polarization, the electrochemistry polarization and the pulse galvanization principle, this article has designed one kind of new charging technique- - the depolarizing electric current pump charging technique. The charge technique adapts to each type of the accumulator cells, so it is called intelligent charging technique. The best advantage of the intelligent charging technique is that when the input voltage is lower than the battery terminal voltage, the charging technique is also able. The charger is simple and usable.
