Abstract
CRM, which aims to enhance the effectiveness and performance of the businesses by mining the useful business intelligence of customers, has now become a leading business strategy in highly competitive business environment. In this study, we intend to construct an expert system (ES) platform to address the customerpsilas value analysis based on artificial neural networks, and the construction procedure of value expansion and value prediction are effectively represented. Finally, an illustrative example owing to a leisure farm at Hangzhou in Zhejiang is also taken to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the proposed ES platform.
