In this paper, an important concept regarding order management in suppliers-dominated supply chains is proposed. Also, basic characteristics of the order management in suppliers-dominated supply chains are analyzed. Finally, the models, strategies, and algorithms of FCFS (First Come First Serve) and SOF (Small Order First) for order management in single-suppliers-dominated supply chains are given.
