Abstract
When choosing partners, virtual enterprise always fixes attribute weights for every potential partner, and evolutionists have certain subjectivity and vagueness, which bring much trouble to the evaluation. To conquer this disadvantage, LWM algorithm can be applied to converge the evaluation information to get complex-attribute evaluation and then choose the best partner eventually.
