In consideration of economy of distance and economy of scale, the establishment of exclusive recycling center is the optimal choice for resource-efficient reverse logistics. Aiming at how to determine the location of reverse logistics centers and the recycled amount of scrap goods, the article has established a non-linear mixed-integer programming model with the minimum total cost as the objective function, and, based on the features of such a model, designed the appropriate solution algorithm.
