Abstract :
Constructing decision support system of water allocation is the base of water resources centralization of management in basin. Because water basin is an open complex giant system, water allocation and management would be a so complex process. Faced to open and complex water resources system, the hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering (HWME) was referenced, and decision support system of basin water allocation was built, then its participants of HWME, central mission and functional modules were illuminated in detail. The objects to building decision support system of water allocation were to balance the relation of water supply and demand, harmonize the relationship between the beneficial during water allocation, and reach to the aim of reasonable water allocation.
