Abstract :
The design technique and results of computer designing of monolithic W-band SPST diode switch, mounted in E-plane of the waveguide with LtdumbbellGt cross-section, which differs with high adaptability to manufacture, are presented. It is found, when one uses real model of switching GaAs diode Schottky with taken into account loss and parasitic parameters, then SPST switch project at frequency band of (91...98) GHz demonstrates 2 dB insertion loss, 14 dB return loss, and 21 dB isolation.
