Abstract :
The oscillator is intended for a short range of CW radar. The DDS technology was used to provide a reference signal for MM wave length of PLL circuit. The output frequency was 32-38 GHz, the output power was 13 dBm, and the total nonlinearity was no more 0.5%. The phase noise was less than -85 dBc/Hz & 10 kHz.
