Abstract :
Models of the equivalent schemes of chip-inductors and capacitors at microwave range were designed and studied. These models are suitable to use in modern CAD. There are measured and calculated nominal values of elements in these schemes. The dependence of these parameters vs. nominal value of chip-element and frequencies is determined. Inaccuracy of modeling in case of using these models is evaluated.
