Abstract :
The synchronization analysis and control for a novel heterogeneous complex network with time-varying distributed delays and coupling delays are investigated in this paper. By employing Lyapunov-Skrasovskii functions, the sufficient conditions for global synchronization of the heterogeneous complex networks are derived. Besides, the optimal problems of maximum thresholds of time-varying delays are developed based on LMI method.
