Abstract :
Outsourcing logistics business can improve core competition of enterprise. So it is of vital importance to evaluate logistics service quality. Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is an effective method. In this paper, we take logistics company M as studying object. We construct evaluation index and mathematic model. By quantifying index and calculating, we conclude that the service quality of logistics company M is ordinary.
