Abstract
The workflow system exists in many widely-used applications and it is important to meet users requirements on quality of service more Intelligently. This paper proposes a workflow scheduling algorithm based on fuzzy theory which can evaluate the fuzzy information of the workflow instance context and offer an intelligent schedule so as to organize and assign resource more effectively around the users´ demand. This algorithm has been applied successfully in the new GIS platform- MapGIS 7.0.
