  • Abstract
Dynamic networks offer an unprecedented degree of flexibility, enabled by advanced signaling and automation. Concurrently, advances in Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) techniques have made measuring and monitoring more powerful than ever before. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm to bridge the gap between these disciplines by making networks more autonomous, with automated control of bandwidth-provisioning decisions.
