Abstract :
E-government aims at increasing the convenience and accessibility of government services and information to citizens. The evaluation of public satisfaction is important to the development of e-government. As conventional evaluation models for public satisfaction are generally too subjective and inaccurate, this paper presents a fuzzy multiple-criteria decision making method -- fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on trapezoidal fuzzy numbers as the evaluation method to evaluating public satisfaction of e-government.
