Abstract :
In order to study the disturbance of chaotic neural network, the disturbance of trigonometric function was introduced into chaotic neural network and chaotic neural units with disturbance of trigonometric function were studied. The reversed bifurcation and the maximum Lyapunov exponent were given and the dynamic system was analyzed. Then it is applied in the function and combinatorial optimization problems. The simulation results show that the chaotic neural network with disturbance of trigonometric function can solve function and combinatorial optimization problems effectively, if the disturbance coefficient is controlled properly. Therefore the strong robustness and anti-interference ability are embodied in chaotic neural network.
