  • Abstract
    Data Envelopment Analysis method combining the mathematical, economic and management concepts and methods to form unique model, methods and theory, Used to evaluate the relative effectiveness of inter-departmental (so it\´s called EDA effective). From the perspective of the production function, this model is used to study the multiple input, especially multiple output of the "productive sectors" At the same time as "effective size" and "technical efficiency" of a very good and fruitful approach. Use the DEA to evaluate the validity of the scale and technology of the ¿shi gang¿ circular economy development. At present, there are many evaluation methods, such as the composite index method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, factor analysis, principal component analysis, projection pursuit method, data envelopment analysis, These methods have their own strengths and characteristics. In this paper, Select the data envelopment analysis to evaluate the validity of scale and technic of Hebei steel industry circular economy development.
