Abstract :
This paper build a private equity exit routes selection model using fuzzy optimal assessment base on risk-weighted exit return. The impact factors in private equity exit process are analyses. The exit income, exit cost, payment manner, exit environment, attitude of relational staff and exit route´s market capability is the mainly factors in private equity exit routes selection. 18 sub-indicators are used to evaluate these six impact factors. Get the optimal solution of fuzzy optimal exit routes selection model. An example is used to demonstrate the model in this paper.
