  • Abstract
    The 21st century regards event economy as the latest growth engine of national economy globally. It is very important for a successful event to establish effective volunteer management system. In this paper, we introduce the concept of internal marketing management, which means the volunteers are regarded as its "clients" by the event organizations. And then the service blueprint was used to make the set of service system of event organizations concrete and visual, such as recruitment, selection, training, motivation and so on, so as to find the internal contact points between the volunteers and event organizations and establish event volunteer management system based on the service blueprint. At last, how to implement the system will be introduced by the study on the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
