Research on Relationships Model of Organization Communication Performance of the Construction Project Based on Shared Mental Model

The paper defines the concept of organization communication validity of the construction project from two dimensions of communication efficiency and communication effect and establishes the relationships model of organization communication performance of the construction project based on shared mental model. According to the relationships model, the paper proposes the measures of enhancing communication level, perfecting communication platform, strengthening the guidance of communication mechanism and actively cultivating communication culture to improve communication validity and organization performance.
