Abstract
Because of incompatibility between different control systems about auto parts mixed product line, the upgrade of control system is difficult. Through analyzing the relative merits of FCS and DCS, the composite control system was developed. Firstly, the current automatic technology and why to adopt DCS and FCS in the product line are discussed. Secondly, it provided composite control models and analysed the control and communication theory. Lastly, it proved the composite control model right by the accurate sample. The composite control system was validated by multi spindle control mixed product line. CAN bus was introduced in this product system. Composite control system helped to the upgrade of old control system and improved its flexibility.
