Abstract
This paper describes a project carried out at EDP Distribuicao, in collaboration with Labelec and KEMA, aiming to establish insulation coordination best practices leading to improving continuity of supply. The different phases of the project are described, including the adopted methodologies, deliverables and related main achievements. The innovative overall methodology and the value of cooperation between EDP Distribuicao, Labelec and KEMA are highlighted.
