Abstract
This paper presents a new similarity measure and its weighted similarity measure for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IvIFSs) based on score function and Hausdorff distance. The proposed new method for measuring the degree of similarity of IvIFs can be efficiently applied to the general IvIF approximate reasoning. Some numeric examples are given to illustrate the practicability and rationality of our proposed method.
