Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the creation mechanism of fluorescence, use of optical fiber for signal transmission, studied fluorescence lifetime for temperature measurement and weak fluorescence signal processing, and designed a system architecture. Combination of Virtual Instrument technology, connected the signal acquisition system with host computer, and used Labview programming for data processing and display. Experiments with fluorescent material Eu:La2O2S are done for the designed system to verify.
