Abstract
This paper presents a low power fully differential CMOS Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) and Mixer (LMX), which is targeting for wireless sensor network application. The LNA is designed to cover the RF frequency range from 2.4025 GHz to 2.4425 GHz frequency bands. The LMX achieves a voltage conversion gain of 18 dB in the high gain mode within IIP3 of -20 dBm. The measured noise figure is around 10 dB with the input loss, S11 of -18 dB. The LMX consumes approximately 3 mA of current from 1.8 V power supply.
