Abstract
Swell effects of surface roughness spectral properties, including their wind speed dependence and modification of components characterizing Bragg resonance and surface tilting in radar application, are investigated. Computations of radar cross sections are performed with four different spectral models with various degrees of swell consideration. Swell impact on the resulting radar return is illustrated.
