Abstract
Sum patterns are very popular for point to point communications and higher angular resolution radars. The advanced communication and Radar systems require scanning at faster rate. This requires the implementation of scanning by Digital phase shifters. In the present paper the effect of Digitization on this scanned sum patterns is consolidated.
