Abstract
Classical solutions for moving target tracking and fire control are complex and costly as they involve high performance radar, specific weapons and highly accurate seekers. The innovative solution described in this article uses a multiplatform configuration to simultaneously track target and weapon, thanks to a GMTI mode with a wide velocity waveform. The accuracy of the initial designation and the subsequent target+weapon update allow the use of a simpler weapons, drastically reducing the global mission cost.
