Abstract
In this paper, a fuzzy reliability allocation method of product is developed based on the experts´ knowledge, where fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process are used to decrease the influence of decision-makers´ subjective preferences and the fuzzy and uncertain factors during the decision process. In the reliability allocation process, when selecting the influence factors and determining their weights, when establishing the evaluation matrix of the component and determining its comprehensive grade, the opinions of experts and the risk index of the product development process are taken into account in the presented method. Finally, an application example is illustrated to verity that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
