Theoretically speaking, the highly developed information, the network, the handy knowledge have profound influence on both teachers and students: the traditional teachers´ superiority in knowledge and information is losing, and the teachers must adjust themselves to a higher request proposed to him in the informational society; The students ´ traditional way of learning has been passive, but using the network they may carry on a more initiative study -- these will certainly enhance efficiency of classroom instruction. This article carried out a sampling investigation to the university teachers and students in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. From the investigation we know that, most of the teachers have experienced the convenience of network, but students´ use of network is still not optimistic. They offen carry out e-learning to complete the paper or exercises arranged by teachers. An overwhelming majority of students have not carried out the long-distance video study frequently, and most students think they do not fully and effectively use the network. The main reasons are their passive study custom and the long-distance study is not effective. Therefore in order to strengthen the students´ autonomous e-learning, the teachers should induce or even ??compel?? the students to use the network searching knowledge; If possible, video of the famous teachers´ classroom instruction should be recorded, and uploaded to the net to realise autonomous long-distance study.
