  • Abstract
    Cushions, pallet and packing box made of honeycomb paperboard with different dimensions had been analyzed. Their mechanics capability and oriental structure had been gotten. The cushion models, had been built in 3D software, were in the same height but different number of layers. Their compressive performance had been tested in the FEA software. The stress maps of honeycomb cores subjected to even distribute loadings were obtained and their stress properties were analyzed. The results provided helpful information for further design the structure of honeycomb paperboard, especially fiber packing.
