Design on logistics processes of wood logistics base

In order to promote the development of Hailin International Wood Logistics Base, this paper firstly defines the concept of wood logistics base, secondly analyzes three key problems on the design of logistical processes: the service objects, the functions of wood logistics base and the characteristics of wood industry. Finally, three major logistical processes of wood logistics base are designed including not only the logistical process of purchasing log and quadrate timber into wood logistics base, but also the logistical process of wood products´ selling in the wood-city and the logistical process of purchasing other products outside of the wood-city.
