Abstract
For the third-party logistics company, services are the base of its operation, and keeping competitive logistics services is fundamental to the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper establishes a game mechanism to research on the conditions of service innovation provided by third-party logistics enterprise, and then discusses the management incentive mechanism which promotes the services innovation.
