Abstract :
Recycling of waste electronic products and material recovery has attached increasing attention from governments and enterprises. However, the cost is expensive and the process is complex, so choosing an appropriate processing approach to recover the precious materials is the basis of reverse recovery system formation. In this paper, the composition of electronic products and materials were analyzed first. Then processing approach for product recycling was analyzed. On the basis, two 0-1 cost-benefit models were set up in aspects of different recycling processing modes, to achieve optimal revenue from material recovery. Finally, numerical example was used to calculate and compare the two models. The result shows that there is considerable variability between different recycling processing modes, and products should be disassembled properly so as to increase material recovery revenue, and to reduce the complexity of recycling system.
