Small and medium enterprises occupy an important position in today´s economic development, but many of their short-lived life are bothering entrepreneurs and researchers. According to Arie de Geus´s ¿life-oriented enterprises¿ theory, some factors which impact on the life of this kind of enterprises were summed up and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be used to evaluate those factors. Then entrepreneurs can recognize the potential vitality of their enterprises and find those unfavorable factors that influence their enterprise´s life expectancy as soon as possible, and make up for the shortage to extend its life.
