Abstract
In order to obtain the best location of forest fire emergency system, the function between damage cost and reaction time of the fire station is firstly made. Then to make the expectation of the fire damage least, a multi-spot locating mathematic model based on the relationship function is built. Finally, as the matrix equations in the model are 2 orders, a nonlinear programming algorithm, which is developed from the Lagrange method, is introduced to solve the problem.
