Abstract
A new expert-fuzzy controller is proposed in this paper, which is based on fuzzy control and expert control for a class of time varying non-linear systems of milk packaging machine. The new controller adopts fuzzy control and expert control to adjust system errors, which can improve the intelligence of fuzzy controller, speed up the convergence rate and insure measurement accuracy. The controller had been applied successfully in the measurement system of BZA600 continuous packaging machine, and it can adopt the changing of materials better. The experimental result shows its performance of high tracking precision and high accuracy.
