SEM-based knowledge workers´ loyalty in large-scale manufacturing enterprises

Structural equation model analysis is introduced into the quantitative evaluation for knowledge workers´ loyalty degree in large-scale manufacturing enterprises. Based on 536 valid questionnaire data, the 2-order factor model and the mathematical model were built to calculate and compare the theoretical value and the actual value of knowledge workers´ loyalty degree, if the actual value is higher than the theoretical one, then the conclusion is that the KWLD is relatively high and to be maintained; Otherwise, if the conclusion is that the KWLD is relatively low and to be enhanced. At last, the results indicate SEM based evaluation method is proper to assess knowledge workers´ loyalty.
