Abstract :
This paper describes the design and integrated circuit realization in a standard 1.2 ¿m digital CMOS technology of a 100 MHz narrow-bandwidth bandpass Gm-C filter. Tuning of both the filter center frequency and Q-factor is carried out by successive approximations over a frequency band ranging from 80 MHz to 120 MHz. The filter possesses a passband noise floor of ¿55 dB referred to the maximum signal level of 220 mV and, at 107 MHz and 5 V supply, it dissipates 140 mW.
