  • Abstract
    Public´s demand is the logical prerequisite of Government electronic public services, thus, the essential value of Government electronic public services lies on its sufficient response to public demands. The innovation of this paper is, based on KANO-SPD Matrix, and constructed a new analysis model which could be used as an effective tool for public demand analysis of Government electronic public services.
