Computing U/C is one of the most important and time-consuming computation in attribute reduction. In this paper, we improve the algorithm for computing U/C present based on radix sorting, and thus reach a finer decision table. Both the rough set and the fuzzy set theories can be used to deal with imprecise and incomplete information. On basis of the new table, we introduce fuzzy set and design a new quick attribute reduction algorithm with which we can change the threshold regarding user´s requirement and special knowledge and thus get a better result of attribute reduction. In the end, we apply the quick algorithm into analyzing data table in an estate database of some city.
