Abstract :
In this paper we present a novel idea for the line detection based on the basic masks and rotation. Also, we implement the line detection algorithm that based on small eigenvalue analysis and proposed by Guru, Shekar and Nagabhushan. Then, we provided a result of our testing of both algorithms and presented the finding and conclusion about the effective of the proposed algorithms.
