Abstract
Traditional geographical information systems hold only a single state of the `real world´. However, geographic phenomena have not only static but dynamic characteristics. The work described in this paper explicit the development of the conceptual modeling phase of geographic phenomena in a dynamic perspective. This modeling approach highly correlates with the signal transmission and concurrent processing. Syntax and semantics of π-Calculus are also incorporate with processes in this model to furtherance the potential of signal transmission and concurrent processing among each domain. The paper considers a real world example as a case study to show the working of the model and emphasize its sustainability over the signal transmission and process progression.
