  • Abstract
    The heat which electric furnace smelt iron alloy is needed is provided by electrode extreme. When the position of electrode extreme is perfect, the power consumption and productivity of production unit are in good state, so take control of electrode position is very important. Electrode regulator system of ore smelting electric arc furnace is a nonlinear, multivariate, parameter-time-varying system, its accurate mathematics model, inter-disturbance and outer-disturbance are unstable. Designing PID constant current single close loop control system is not so successful, so it puts forward a method of active disturbance rejection control strategy. Design an electrode disturbance rejection control controller which is independent from object model, and correct its parameter. The simulation experiment proves that when active disturbance rejection control controller applies to the ore smelting electric arc furnace overshoot of system regulation is little. Control effect is superior to traditional PID control, and it has strong robustness. Disturbance simulation experiment proves that the disturbance rejection effect of active disturbance rejection control system is perfect, and has strong inhibition force to the disturbance.
