Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper suggests the strategy to promote IT business and market through open source BPM-based S/W. By adopting computerizing the small and medium enterprises at the center of Business Process Management, which is the “flexible system for process” and freely use depending on the business nature of company such as the type of business, strategy and size, it will result the substantial effects in computerizing small and medium enterprises. Through the production method of open S/W-based products in the community of domestic developers, produce products that depend on a certain vendor and optimize duplicated R & D investments among vendors.
