Abstract :
Managerial ecology, also called management ecology, is a discipline based on management and ecology. It is senior development of traditional management. It will be able to solve current problems such as financial difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, bankruptcy of big companies, CEO suddenly in jail as far as possible. The author exemplifies three angles to understand managerial ecology, brings forth core principles of managerial ecology, illustrates current applications of managerial ecology, then analyzes the relationship between managerial ecology and information systems project development.
