Abstract :
With maize straw as raw material and quartz sand as heat medium, the system of rapid pyrolysis of biology materials using a rotating cone reactor was established. seven main factors during the pyrolysis process including temperature, rotating rate, degree of vacuum, diameter of material, material feeding rate, water containing rate and heat quantity were studied. The results indicated the optimal condition for pyrolysis of biology materials was rotate rate of 110r/min, temperature of 500??, volume rate of 0.08Mpa, diameter of materials less than 0.5mm, material-feeding rate of 4.5kg/h and heat quantity of 1200g. In the optimal experimental condition the highest oil production rate was 48.3%. The experimental study showed that self-rotating cone pyrolysis reactor on biomass pyrolysis technology is feasible.
