Regional Environmental Risk Management Decision Support System Based on Optimization Model for Minhang District in Shanghai

More and more environmental risk accidents occurred in municipal areas which had posed severe threats to persons’ safety and environment quality. Control and prevention of potential risk affairs is the most significant intention of environmental risk management, while in this field, several issues are to be solved. We developed a new concept defined as risk bearing capacity to appraise the risk maximums of a precinct before adjusting existed risk sources. Through comparing the risk bearing capacity and the regional actual risk , we could assess the regional risk circumstances and optimize the present distributions of risk sources. At last, an application was attempted in Minhang District of Shanghai combined with an appropriate decision support system.
