For the purpose of improving the study efficiency under teaching and learning environment, the effect of the lighting environment and noise environment for students in the process of study is researched. The visual effects of lighting and natural lighting, and the hearing impact in different location from different noise sources are analyzed. On this basis, the lighting and noise environment optimization is proposed, which can be used to decrease investment of multimedia classroom and enhance the teaching and learning performance.
