Abstract
A coupled-resonator device is proposed and experimentally demonstrated in silicon-on-insulator platform in which frequency-detuning of its traveling-wave modes can be dynamically tuned using integrated micro-heaters. Zero frequency-detuning for efficient four-wave-mixing is achieved using <1mW.
