Abstract :
Optical coupling between nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers in single-crystal diamond and hybrid gallium phosphide microcavities is demonstrated. NV photoluminescence coupled into microcavities modes with Q > 25000, and mode volumes as small as 18(λ/nGaP)3 are observed.
